A) Communication via Contact Forms

  • Data collected: First name, last name, and email address (and company name, if provided voluntarily).
  • Purpose: To respond to your inquiry and send you the requested proposal or sample report.
  • Legal basis: Performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) at your request.

B) Newsletter and Report Subscriptions

  • Data collected: Email address.
  • Purpose: Sending the Daily Reporting or occasional product updates.
  • Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

We do not sell your data to third parties. To provide our services, we use carefully selected processors who are bound by confidentiality and strict data protection rules:

  • Google Ireland Limited: Provider of the Google Analytics service (website traffic analysis in anonymized form).
  • Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.): Provider of the platform for sending bulk emails and reports (processing of email addresses).
